Build Reports

Every run writes a JSON report to the config workspace:

{workspace}/{buildConfigName}_Build{buildNumber}.json

The file is a serialized BuildAssistantReport. Field names below match the JSON keys.

buildTargetGroupBuildTargetGroupPlatform target group. Written as a string.
mainBuildErrorstringPresent in the report. Not written by the current plugin, so it stays empty.
warningsList<string>Warnings from the Unity BuildPipeline.BuildPlayer report. Action warnings are not included.
errorsList<string>Errors from the Unity BuildPipeline.BuildPlayer report. Action failures are not included.
preBuildResultsList<BuildActionResult>One entry per enabled pre-build action.
postBuildResultsList<BuildActionResult>One entry per enabled post-build action. Success and fail lists are the ones that actually ran.

BuildAssistantResult values are Success, Warning, Failed, and Skipped. The overall result field only uses Success or Failed.

Action results​

Each item in preBuildResults and postBuildResults is a BuildActionResult:

An action that is not allowed to run (When to run / required batch flag) is stored as Skipped.
